Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the e2bd platform available at https://e2bd.io (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and e2bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the e2bd Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. e2bd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. e2bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the e2bd Platform. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts held by the same person, or accounts held on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed, and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

e2bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable compliance standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at e2bd's discretion:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of mobile wallet registration)
• Source of funds declaration where required by e2bd's compliance team

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by e2bd may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account.

Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your e2bd account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. e2bd will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, phone, or live chat.

3.2 Account Security

You must notify e2bd immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, e2bd bears no responsibility for any unauthorised transactions conducted through your account.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

e2bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification to e2bd's satisfaction
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Request by a player utilising self-exclusion tools

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, e2bd reserves the right to withhold some or all funds held in the account pending investigation.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. e2bd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after prior written notice. Where the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

e2bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). e2bd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your e2bd account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. e2bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering procedures. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals is under 15 minutes. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

e2bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of bonus wagering compliance. Players must have met all applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and the originating deposit reversed. Winnings derived from a third-party deposit may be forfeited. e2bd bears no liability for any losses arising from such transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

e2bd offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary — live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting may each contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

e2bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotion through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in contravention of the promotion terms. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.4 Promotional Changes

e2bd reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be given reasonable time to complete their wagering requirements or will receive a pro-rata settlement at e2bd's discretion.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

e2bd offers a range of games including live casino (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, blackjack), slots, crash games, arcade games, Pool Rummy, and cricket and sports betting. Game availability may vary by region or be subject to scheduled maintenance. e2bd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Betting Limits

All games and betting markets on the e2bd Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. e2bd reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including during live events or in-play betting markets.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, e2bd reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. e2bd's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in respect of a technical malfunction.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets, are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BFF, etc.). In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the e2bd sportsbook rules applicable to the specific market and event type, as published on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games to derive a financial advantage
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime involving the Platform
• Systematically abusing bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your e2bd account

Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design of the Platform, is the property of e2bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of e2bd.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bd, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical malfunction
• Interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of Platform access
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. e2bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy and Data

e2bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at e2bd.io/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Termination by Player

Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Termination by e2bd

e2bd may terminate your account and these Terms immediately upon written notice (including email or in-Platform message) in the event of a material breach of these Terms by you. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by e2bd.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
